School-Work Alternation Program: “Gender Equality”

Fondazione Pubblicità Progresso, whose mission is to contribute to resolving moral, civil, and educational issues within the community by placing communication at the service of society, responded to a request from the Province of Treviso’s Department of Equal Opportunities.
As part of a school-work alternation project, the foundation offered students from the Duca degli Abruzzi High School in Treviso a day of training focused on the design and development of a social communication campaign addressing gender equality and diversity.

The goal was to provide students with a formative experience aligned with the foundation’s mission, which emphasizes education and training as one of its core objectives.

Leveraging Pubblicità Progresso’s extensive experience, active since 1971, the training day was led by President Alberto Contri and Professor Roberto Bernocchi. They explored and analyzed the key aspects and techniques essential for creating an effective social communication campaign aimed at overcoming gender stereotypes.
