The fourth volume – an ideal continuation of the previous one (Sustainability Sobriety Solidarity. New Milestones for Communication) – goes beyond food waste, which was the subject of the third volume.
The volume is divided into four parts: in the first, the topic of energy and raw material savings is addressed; the second presents some interesting initiatives on sustainable mobility; the third discusses the issue of land consumption and water resources; and the fourth part is dedicated to the role of social communication in the effort to reduce all forms of waste.
The introductory section presents the results of research on the lifestyles and consumption patterns of young people, conducted in collaboration with Paolo Anselmi and the professors of the Athena network.
