The third volume of the series explores the role of communication in promoting the culture of sustainability, with a particular focus on the fight against food waste. The topic was chosen also in light of EXPO 2015: Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life.
The volume is divided into three sections: the first presents contributions from various experts; the second part showcases examples of tools and campaigns; the third includes reflections from the professors of the Athena network.
