Ciak si guida, the winners
The Ciak si guida film festival once again involved 50 schools from all over Italy in creating a spot, a video, or a comic strip on road safety. This year’s theme was “Across – Rules without borders”, focusing on the ability to find a common language to talk about road rules. For the first time, in addition to videos, it was possible to participate with comics, a language that was very popular with the kids. The reasons for the awards were the immediacy of the language used, the technique, and the universality. The students took up the challenge and told very different stories but all with a strong sensitivity to the topic.
“To develop sensitivity on the issue of road safety, we must learn from these children. With enthusiasm, passion, and great professionalism, they have created videos and comics that speak to us very directly,” said councilor Marco Granelli.
Ciak si guida is sponsored, among others, by Pubblicità Progresso and is part of the “Insieme” project, a project of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
The Special Pubblicità Progresso Award was conferred on the Direzione Didattica Statale IV Circolo – Scafati: to the teachers for having been able to involve and stimulate their very young students to reflect on the issue of road safety, and to the students for having participated with simplicity, passion, and great commitment, creating a particularly large number of works.
