“Lights, Camera, Drive! The 2015 Winners”

On March 26th, the final event of the 8th edition of “Ciak si guida” (Lights, Camera, Drive), the road safety film festival organized by the Milan Municipal Police and aimed at all Italian schools, took place at the Dal Verme Theater.

Once again this year, the “Ciak si guida” film festival involved numerous schools from all over Italy and thousands of young people who created a spot, a video, or a comic strip on road safety. In view of Expo 2015, this year’s theme was “Free Movin’ – young people on the move” to nourish the planet with ideas and responsible actions, combining road safety and sustainable mobility.

Pubblicità Progresso Special Award

The Special Award of the Pubblicità Progresso Foundation was awarded to “Non infrangere la tua vita” (Don’t shatter your life), a video created by the Amedeo Modigliani Art High School in Giussano (MB) “For its ability to concisely narrate the causes and effects of driving under the influence of alcohol.”

The beer mug allows for a clear identification and explanation of the effects of alcohol on the body and the increased danger, “demonstrated” through the breaking of the glass. The tone of voice, although not resorting to shocking images, is striking, leaving one to imagine dramatic situations”.
