Materials – General rehearsals for environmental conflict mediation
Yesterday, Monday, June 27, 2016, the event “General rehearsals for environmental conflict mediation” organized by Mediazione Ambientale and realized by the Milan Arbitration Chamber and the Cariplo Foundation, in collaboration with the Association of Environmental Lawyers, took place at the Palazzo dei Giureconsulti in Milan.
The simulation carried out in the afternoon aimed to illustrate the characteristics and specificities of the tool, consolidated in the civil and commercial field, which today aims to be used also in the complex context of environmental disputes.At the bottom you can view and download all the materials that were used.
