Winners of the “Punto su di te” Music Contest

The song “Preferisco le favole” (I prefer fairy tales) by Antonio Franco and Riccardo Santoro won the “Punto su di te” music contest, linked to the gender equality campaign, organized by the Pubblicità Progresso Foundation with the patronage of SIAE.

On the evening of May 26th, at the GrandPrix della Pubblicità at the Barclays Teatro Nazionale in Milan, the GrandPrix public jury declared the song by Antonio Franco, a young Salento singer-songwriter with two studio albums to his credit, who wrote the winning piece with Riccardo Santoro, as the winner. The final public vote confirmed the first selection of the finalist song made by the contest’s expert jury, chaired by Mario Lavezzi (President of the SIAE Music Commission, artistic director of the contest without voting rights) and composed of Mario Luzzato Fegiz, Marco Mangiarotti, Marinella Venegoni, Max Venegoni, Francesco Cesati and Alberto Contri.

The other finalist songs in the competition were written and performed by Lorenzo Vizzini Bisaccia, Marta Venturini, and Giulia Anania.
