On Tuesday, May 16, 2017, from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, the press conference for The Bright Side – The Positive Side of Information titled “Milan, Incubator of Positivity: From Expottimists to the Manifesto of Positivity” will take place at the Urban Center in Milan, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

“The Alphabet of Milan’s Positivity”:
A joint presentation by Avv. Ada Lucia De Cesaris and Dr. Chiara Bisconti, showcasing the best practices of Milan’s Renaissance. “Being Optimistic and/or Positive”:
Insights by Terenzio Traisci, Psychologist. “The Good News Bulletin for Schools”:
An initiative by Stefania Bassi, Teacher and Digital Facilitator, sharing her vision of introducing positive news programs in schools. Pubblicità Progresso’s Role in Promoting Positive Values:
Alberto Contri, President of Pubblicità Progresso, will highlight the foundation’s long-standing commitment to positive values since 1971, with social campaigns and a network of 100 university professors sharing these values with students. Opening Address:
Dr. Antonino Esposito, founder and main driving force behind The Bright Side (TBS), will discuss the community’s origins, growth, and plans for the future. Launched in late 2014 in Milan, TBS is a digital platform with approximately 4,000 fans and followers. Unique in its mission, it is driven by ordinary, free, and voluntary citizens, focused exclusively on sharing good news, best practices, excellence, and stories that generate positive feelings and good humor. Good news makes news, good mood, and a better future. Three Concrete Initiatives:
To promote the principles and objectives of the Manifesto of Positivity, which will be officially presented to the city and the press. Live Broadcast:
The event will be streamed live on the Facebook page “The Bright Side” to allow community members unable to attend in person to participate virtually. The day will also be an opportunity for networking and networking among attendees in preparation for future meetings. The Manifesto of Positivity will be launched on May 15 during the TV program “Edicola Fiore” on SKY UNO and TV8.
