On June 4–5, 2019, the Youth Speak Forum, promoted by AIESEC Italia and Pubblicità Progresso, will arrive in Turin. This national forum, dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), brings together young people and senior leaders from various sectors of society.
The fourth Italian edition of the Youth Speak Forum, organized by AIESEC Italia in collaboration with Fondazione Pubblicità Progresso, will be held in Turin on June 4–5, 2019.
The Forum is part of ASviS’s Festival dello Sviluppo Sostenibile and aims to unite youth and senior leaders in a multi-sectoral and multi-generational space to inspire and foster discussions and actions focused on the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development Goals.
During the event, key topics will include SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and SDG 2 (Zero Hunger). The program will feature reflection sessions, panel discussions, and interactive lessons with the participation of individuals and companies active in sustainability, including Legambiente, WAMI, the Italian Red Cross, SPRAR, and national consortia for aluminum, plastic, and steel recycling, among others.

AIESEC Italia, in collaboration with ASviS and Pubblicità Progresso, will focus on SDG 4 (Quality Education). Held in the stunning Nuvola Lavazza venue, the session will analyze various sustainability-focused communication campaigns and include several expert presentations on the topic.

The Youth Speak Forum enters its core phase: numerous talks by young people, companies, and third-sector organizations will explore SDGs 5 (Gender Equality) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities). Workshops and interactive sessions will follow, providing opportunities for participants to engage and exchange perspectives on these critical issues.

*The Forum is part of a larger project that began in February in Turin and two other Italian cities: the World’s Largest Lesson. On February 27, AIESEC Italia members simultaneously visited high school classrooms in Turin, Bologna, and Naples, engaging over 800 students in an hour-and-a-half interactive lesson. These sessions included activities and discussions on pressing social and environmental issues in Italy today.
